Faster, safer Tenant Management

Managing multiple tenants is where scale either breaks or compounds. This release makes recovery and control more effortless:

  • Restore from backup: Restore configurations to one or many tenants instantly.

  • Dedicated Tenant Management menu section: Streamlined menu navigation, so daily operations sit where you need them.

  • Smarter logs: Real-time updates with key columns (action, upload status, check status) arranged more logically, and a simplified “Result” column that clearly shows whether a configuration was copied successfully (OK) or needs attention (Check).

The result: quicker recovery, better visibility, and less friction for MSPs keeping environments aligned.

Tenant management features in a dedicated menu section with a new restore functionality

New tenant management logs are super easy to read.

Endpoint Analytics with real-world context

Endpoint data is most valuable when it matches business reality. With this release, analytics now support custom endpoint data uploads.

  • Upload CSVs enriched with Intune Device IDs.

  • Add details like leasing periods, pricing, or warranty data directly into Plentics analytics.

  • See these custom fields reflected in Power BI reports instantly.

It’s a practical step for MSPs managing device lifecycle economics by turning analytics into a tool for both compliance and business planning.

Upload CSVs with Intune Device IDs to enrich Endpoint Analytics with custom business data such as leasing periods or costs.
Endpoint Analytics reports can now display custom properties such as lease start, total lease time, and monthly cost, helping MSPs track lifecycle value.

Small but notable refinements

  • System emails are now standardized with Plentics branding. For example, all emails arrive from noreply@plentics.com with updated branded images.

  • Automation, scalability, and error handling improvements across the service.

  • UI refinements to keep endpoint and tenant analytics consistent and easier on the eye.

White labeling is replaced with Plentics branding.

Why this matters for endpoint pros

MSPs are under pressure to reduce time-to-scale, minimize error-prone manual work, and prove value to clients. These updates directly support that: faster restores, better analytics, and smoother operations.
