Starting point

Forming a clear picture across tenants was slow without a consolidated view, and onboarding new environments took time without an automated, template‑based approach. Packaging and updating third‑party applications in Intune (for example, Chrome and other browsers, 7‑Zip, PDF readers, etc.) also consumed time, and many apps lacked an automatic update path without a separate updating solution.

Verano needed an Intune‑ and M365‑aligned, multi‑tenant solution that surfaces the essential data in one place and reduces manual tenant-specific maintenance to speed both daily operations and new deployments.

Results

Onboarding has been streamlined using Tenant Management features, roll‑up views for the whole or selected customer base are clear, and decision‑making is faster. Endpoint Management features including maintained 3rd party app packages remove manual Intune packaging, and third‑party software catalogue easily covers all the needed common applications MSPs deploy most.

Support is easy to work with and response times are excellent, and the improved visibility through Endpoint and Tenant Analytics has enabled a controlled reduction of overlapping tools.
